Statistical Analysis in Brain Imaging

Brain Imaging has grown rapidly in recent years and it has many important applications, such as studying brain functions and diseases related to neuron activities. In this workshop, I will introduce two popular imaging techniques, functional MRI (fMRI) and positron emission tomography (PET), as well as the related statistical analyses. Data for mental depressive disorder will be used for the real imaging applications. The workshop will include the following contents.
