Hilbert genus field and Tame kernel of biquadratic field

Let D be a subset of a number field F such that normalized valuations of its elements at all primes are even. In this talk, we will compute the order of D; for a biquadratic field F, we use the set D to construct the Hilbert genus field of F and elements of order 2 and 4 of the tame kernel of F.
