In this talk, we will introduce the notion of spherical objects on derived categories of coherent sheaves, and use them to obtain some autoequivalences via Fourier-Mukai transforms. Later we will prove certain sequences of spherical objects can induce a representation of the Braid groups. Finally we will talk about the relation between spherical and exceptional objects under specified morphisms.
