The theory of convergence of solutions of p-adic differential equations has its origins in the work of Dwork in the 1960s, but recently has been clarified dramatically by the use of Berkovich analytic spaces. I will summarize recent work of myself, Baldassarri, Poineau, and Pulita (in various combinations) giving a fairly definitive description of the convergence properties of horizontal sections of connections on Berkovich curves.
