In this talk we present several models for the propagation of an epidemic on a vineyard: (1) a detailed mecanistic model at the plant scale, (2) an ode model with parameters estimated using model 1) outputs, (3) a pde model at the vineyard scale. Finally we introduce a homogenized vesion of the pde model that handles the periodic structure of the plot.
