In this talk, we will first give a brief introduction of some semiparametric regression models for categorical responses. The estimation procedures and the corresponding large sample properties are also developed. Based on case-control data with supplemented information on the sizes of subpopulations, a new estimation procedure is further proposed to estimate the parameters of interest. To assess the performance of our approachs, we conduct a class of numerical experiments.
