Serre's Conjecture II predicts that, over cohomological dimension 2 fields, principal homogeneous spaces under semisimple simply connected groups have rational points. In this series of lectures, I will present this conjecture and explain the main known results related to it. At the end of the lectures, I will take time to explain in detail a very recent result obtained together with Giancarlo Lucchini Arteche and that shows that it is enough to prove the conjecture for characteristic 0 fields.
