We will introduce a class of single and double Dirichlet series which are constructed by shifted Rankin-Selberg convolutions. In particular, the meromorphic continuation of these series can be obtained by the technique of Rankin and a certain shifted Poincare series. We will also introduce applications to single and double shifted sums.
