Iwasawa main conjecture for elliptic curves can be considered to be the p-adic avatar of the famous Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture, one of the seven Millennium Problems selected by the Clay Mathematics Institute. The purpose of this series of lectures is to understand the seminal article of Bertolini and Darmon "Iwasawa main conjecture for elliptic curves over anticyclotomic Zp- extensions". The main technique in this article is Euler system, a general strategy to prove finiteness theorems in number theory.
